We use Australia Post and orders will be shipped via standard post. Depending on your location is Australia we would expect that you would receive your purchase within 5 working days. Your order will generally be despatched from Sydney within 2-3 working days, if there is a delay we will automatically upgrade your postage to Express Post at no extra charge.
When you order has been processed you will receive a notification from us along with the Australia Post tracking reference so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges

You agree to contact Kiboo within 7 days of receiving your order in the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Refunds or Exchanges will only be granted if the item is in original packaging, item has not been worn and is not subject to damage. As per our delivery policy, Kiboo is not liable for any damage caused in transit. All items will be quality checked prior to shipment. If you change your mind after receiving your order, you agree to ensure that the item being returned is sufficiently packaged for postage and agree to pay all return postage costs. If you receive the incorrect item or if there is a quality issue, we agree to cover the return postage costs. Please contact us to further discuss.
